OWNERSHIP AND IDENTIFICATION

The risks (specifically the loss, theft or damage) related to the products delivered will be assumed by the buyer from the date of delivery.

PURCHASE AND SECURE PAYMENT


To purchase an item through the KIDOLPHIN Online Store, simply select “Add to Bag” on the product page and then click on the “Buy” button when you want to complete your order. You will be directed directly to the secure purchase area, where you can choose a billing address (where we will send your bill) and a shipping address (which may be different from the billing address, for example, a work address, a company, the direct address of the person you wish to receive the gift ...). In the last step of Secure Payment, you can choose between several payment options.


Kidolphin.com accepts different payment methods depending on the country of the billing address. We accept payments with:

After receiving the payment and confirming your order, it will be automatically sent to KIDOLPHIN for processing. The confirmation of your order presupposes the complete acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the Sale through the KIDOLPHIN Online Store. You will receive an email with the confirmation and summary of your purchase.

 
The prices of KIDOLPHIN products are indicated in Euros. The prices of KIDOLPHIN products include taxes and fees. Oskar Luxury S.L. reserves the right to change, at any time and without prior notice, the prices on the website www.kidolphin.com. However, the prices that appear at the time the consumer has made the purchase will be those considered valid.


All data recorded on www.kidolphin.com serve as proof of the transactions made between The Company and its customers. In a disagreement between the parties about a transaction made on the website www.kidolphin.com, all data recorded by The Company will be considered irrefutable proof of the transaction.
